Do I have to book airport transfers to use Book Nevis?
No. We’re concierge-first—tours, dining, boats, and hotel guidance are all available as standalone services. If transfers help the plan, we’ll arrange them; if not, we focus on what you want to do.
Can you help me choose a hotel or villa?

Are your partners licensed and insured?
We work with licensed drivers and vetted boat captains. Vehicles and vessels are professionally maintained, and our teams follow safety and courteous-hosting standards.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes—infant, child, and booster seats are available on request. Please tell us ages/weights in advance so we can pre-fit appropriately.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track flights and adjust typical delays. If plans need to change significantly, we’ll message you promptly with options and revised timings. If you’re arranging arrivals with us, we’ll coordinate everything.
