How does a St Kitts Airport (SKB) to Nevis private transfer work?
It is one booking with three legs. We meet you as you exit customs at SKB, drive around 25 to 30 minutes to Reggae Beach, and cross by private water taxi to Oualie Pier on Nevis in around 6 to 10 minutes, where a Book Nevis driver takes you to your hotel or villa. Four Seasons Resort Nevis guests can instead choose a direct private water taxi from Majors Bay to the Four Seasons Nevis Pier, around 15 to 20 minutes. Total time depends on where you are staying. The boat is yours — it is not a scheduled service, and it does not leave without you.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We adjust, with no delay fees. We track your flight, and your Book Nevis driver will be at SKB whatever time it lands. The onward water-taxi crossing is coordinated around your actual arrival time, sea conditions and operator availability, and we will contact you if the plan needs to change.
Where do we meet you at St. Kitts airport?
Exit arrivals after customs. A Book Nevis driver is waiting holding a Book Nevis sign. Look for the sign rather than a specific name — whoever is holding the sign is your driver.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Changes are free of charge when we can accommodate. Standard cancellations follow our published refund scale. If your airline cancels the flight connected to your airport transfer and you can no longer travel, that verified airline cancellation is covered by our Flight Cancellation Guarantee. Can I book the return to St Kitts Airport?
Yes. Every route we run to Nevis we also run in reverse, and you can book both directions in one go. We work back from your flight time and confirm the pickup and the water taxi together, so the boat and the driver are already reserved before you travel.
