How Book Nevis Works

STEP

You book online

Choose your route on our site, enter your travel date, flight details, passenger count, and any special notes, and complete your booking. You’ll receive an immediate email receipt. Within a few hours, you’ll receive a full booking confirmation from us once we’ve coordinated the operational details on our side.

STEP

We coordinate behind the scenes

As soon as you book, we begin the coordination. We allocate a vehicle and driver for your route, reserve the water taxi leg if your route includes one, and set up your flight tracking. If anything needs clarification, for example an unusual pickup point, we message you by email or WhatsApp.

STEP

Seven days before travel, you receive your Final Details

A week before your travel date, we send you a short Final Details email confirming the pickup point, the timings, the vehicles, and our WhatsApp contact for day-of-travel. At this point, operational resources are locked to your booking.

STEP

On the day, for airport arrivals

Your driver is already at the airport by the time you land. We track your flight, so we know your actual arrival time.

When you clear customs and exit the arrivals hall, look for a Book Nevis sign in the arrivals area. Whoever is holding the sign is your driver. Don’t look for a specific name — flight timings shift, and we sometimes re-assign drivers while guests are in the air.

Your driver handles your luggage. You get into an air-conditioned vehicle with bottled water already waiting.

STEP

The St. Kitts to Nevis water crossing

For most Nevis-bound guests, we drive 25 minutes from the airport to the Reggae Beach or Majors Bay pier on St. Kitts. Your private water taxi is waiting. The crossing is 6 to 8 minutes to Oualie Beach (standard, used for most Nevis hotels), or 15 minutes direct to the Four Seasons private pier (Four Seasons guests only).

Soft drinks are provided on the boat. A second driver meets you on the Nevis side, luggage is handled straight onto the vehicle, and you continue to your hotel.

STEP

Arrival

You arrive at your hotel or villa and check in. Total time from the arrivals hall at SKB to a Nevis hotel is typically 45 to 60 minutes.

STEP

For departures

The reverse flow, but calmer. Your Nevis driver collects you from the hotel at the time agreed, the water taxi takes you across, and a St. Kitts driver meets you at Reggae Beach for the onward run to the airport. We build generous buffer time into departure transfers so a small delay doesn’t become a missed flight.
