Upon participating in the Nevis Marathon & Running Festival and/or Nevis Triathlon, we/I agree to abide by the rules as currently published. We/I understand and appreciate that participation or observation of the sport constitutes a risk to us/me of serious injury, including permanent paralysis or death. We/I voluntarily and knowingly recognize, accept and assume this risk and release the Nevis Marathon & Running Festival, Nevis Triathlon, Nevis Multisport, their sponsors, partners, event organizers, volunteers and officials from any liability therefrom.
