Refund Policy / Terms & Conditions

Book Nevis Ltd. 

It’s important you take a little time to read and fully understand our terms and conditions before you place a reservation and/or confirm a booking.

1. MAKING CHANGES

If you’d like to change your original booking after it has been confirmed, we will charge an amendment fee of US$25 per amendment to cover admin and communication costs. This is over and above any supplier fees. 

Depending on the nature of the change, seasonal price adjustments, additional costs, or cancellation fees may also be applicable.

2. FINAL PAYMENT

You will need to make payment in full subject to supplier deadlines and conditions.

3. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

If you cancel your reservation the following fees will apply (outside of any supplier cancellation penalties): 

  • Once holding a confirmed Booking – US$30 booking fee
  • Between 60 – 30 Days Of Booked Activity – US$50 booking fee
  • Within 30 Days of Booked Activity – US$50 booking fee
  • After Departure – No Refund for any unused service(s) 

The cancellation fees may vary from what’s listed here depending on the supplier of services, so please check when you book.

3.b REFUNDS – NEVIS MULTISPORT EVENTS

  • Refunds and exchanges are unavailable for Nevis Marathon & Running Festival and Nevis Triathlon events. This applies to adjustments or cancellations resulting from bad weather, natural disasters, or any other force majeure.

4. TRAVEL INSURANCE

We recommend that all travelers have Comprehensive Travel insurance for the full duration of their travel arrangements.

We recommend you review this information before you place your booking and prior to your departure.

6. CONSUMER CLAIMS

If you experience any problems during your vacation it’s important that you contact your Advisor immediately, so we can help rectify the situation as quickly as possible with the relevant supplier. If this isn’t possible and you wish to lodge a complaint, please write to us within 30 days of your return with copies of supporting documentation.

7. DESCRIPTIONS, MAPS, AND PHOTOGRAPHS

Descriptions on this website are based on the information we are provided by suppliers. Any facilities described can change at any time. Maps and photographs are included for general information and may not necessarily reflect actual locations or services. Photographs may not be specific to the actual service you have booked.

8. RESPONSIBILITY

Book Nevis Ltd. does not own, manage, control, or operate any transportation, vehicle, any hotel or restaurant, sport event or any other supplier of services. We are a coordinator of these services, which are provided by independent operators who have their own terms and conditions and are subject to the laws of the Federation of Saint Kitts & Nevis. 

All services we provide are subject to the terms, conditions and limitations of liability imposed by our contractors, event organisers, services and all services are subject to the laws of the Federation of Saint Kitts & Nevis. 

We exclude all liability for loss or damage that may arise from the action by a third party agent. We do not accept liability or any claim for compensation for any damage, loss, injury, delays, additional expenses or inconvenience caused by any events that are outside our control. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federation of Saint Kitts & Nevis.

9. NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION & ENQUIRIES

By signing up to any newsletters on this website and sending us an enquiry, you agree to be sent marketing communications from Book Nevis Ltd..
