Drift Restaurant Nevis: Honest Review & What to Expect

Drift Restaurant sits right beside Vance Amory airport with a calm sea view and a relaxed lunchtime feel. The setting is genuinely lovely — a great spot to wind down after a morning on the water.

We started with a Golden Hour mocktail (refreshing) and ordered an appetizer platter and a chicken roti. Service was prompt and friendly.

Honest verdict: the platter delivered, but the chicken roti at US$25 felt overpriced for what arrived, and the crockery showed visible chips on more than one plate. At this price point, that detracts from the experience.

Should you go?

Yes, if dining by the sea is the priority — the location is hard to beat. If food quality and value matter most, alternatives like the Yachtsman Grill at Hamilton Beach or Mango Restaurant at Pinneys Beach are usually a stronger choice.
