Your included lunch

Your private Nevis cruise excursion includes an authentic local lunch at Passion Bar & Grill in Cox Village, with the itinerary carefully planned around your ship’s all-aboard time. Expect freshly prepared local dishes, colourful island juices and relaxed dining in its covered garden setting.
Passion Bar & Grill is included in the tour price. Guests who prefer a more refined historic-hotel setting may upgrade to lunch at The Hermitage for US$25 per guest, subject to availability. Choose your lunch venue when you book; one drink is included with lunch either way. If your selected restaurant is unavailable, we will contact you before the tour to agree an alternative. If The Hermitage is unavailable after you have paid the US$25 upgrade, the upgrade will be refunded unless you agree to another paid alternative.

Meeting point

Port Zante Cruise Terminal, St. Kitts. Your driver will meet you at Port Zante Cruise Terminal holding a Book Nevis sign; please enter your cruise ship name, arrival time and all-aboard time so we can plan your tour around your ship schedule.

Group size and pricing

Base price covers up to 4 guests at US$990. Larger groups scale at US$247.50 per extra guest, for up to 20 guests booked online. Up to 10 guests travel comfortably in one minibus. Larger private groups can be accommodated using additional vehicles and water taxi capacity, and we confirm those arrangements with you after booking. Planning for more than 20 guests? Cancellation policy

If you choose to cancel

• More than 7 days before the excursion: 100% refund
• From 48 hours to 7 days before the excursion: 75% refund
• Less than 48 hours before the excursion: no refund

Changes

• Changes are free if availability allows
• Date changes into a different season are re-quoted at current rates; any price difference applies

Cruise Ship Guarantee

Full refund if your ship cannot call at St. Kitts.

If your cruise ship cancels its St. Kitts port call or is unable to make its scheduled call at St. Kitts, you will receive a full refund.

If your ship arrives substantially late or its schedule changes and there is no longer enough time to operate the excursion safely and return you to the cruise terminal in good time before your ship’s all-aboard time, we will first try to adjust the itinerary. If the excursion can no longer reasonably operate, you will receive a full refund.

If the ship calls at St. Kitts as scheduled and the excursion can operate, the normal cancellation policy applies. No refund is due if a guest chooses not to participate, fails to disembark, or misses the agreed meeting time.
