Where exactly will my driver meet me at St. Kitts Airport?
After you clear customs at Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport (SKB), your Book Nevis-arranged driver will meet you as you exit the customs area, holding the Book Nevis sign. Look for the sign rather than a driver’s name.
After landing, go through immigration, collect your bags from baggage claim and clear customs as normal. Your transfer begins as you walk out of customs: your driver is waiting as you exit the customs area, holding the Book Nevis sign, and from there your luggage is handled through the coordinated transfer from one leg to the next.
We don’t ask you to look for a named driver. Flights land early or late, and we sometimes change driver assignments while you are in the air to keep every pickup on time, so the sign is the one thing that stays the same. Whoever is holding the Book Nevis sign is your driver.
What if I can’t see the Book Nevis sign?

What happens if my flight into St. Kitts is delayed?
Book Nevis tracks your inbound flight. If it is delayed, your airport meeting moves with the flight — no matter what time the delayed flight actually lands, a Book Nevis-arranged driver will be at SKB to meet you as you exit the customs area. A flight delay does not add a delay fee or next-day fee to your Book Nevis airport transfer.
We coordinate the onward transfer arrangements around your actual arrival time. If a major delay changes the planned water-taxi route or timing, we contact you with the updated arrangement, so there is nothing for you to rebook from the plane. If your airline moves you to a different flight or changes your flight number, reply to your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp so we are tracking the right flight.

Does the “last water taxi” apply to my Book Nevis transfer?
No. A Book Nevis private water taxi is arranged as part of your booked transfer, so it is different from the scheduled, shared water taxi from Reggae Beach and the public ferry from Basseterre, which run to published timetables and stop for the night. Your private crossing is coordinated around your flight rather than a timetable. It still depends on sea conditions and operator availability, which is why we arrange it in advance and keep watching your flight.
What if I land very late or after dark?
Flights into SKB normally arrive during the day, so arrivals late in the evening are unusual and are usually the result of a delayed flight. If your flight is delayed into the evening or overnight, we continue tracking it. No matter what time the delayed flight lands, your Book Nevis-arranged driver will be there to meet you as you exit the customs area, with no after-hours surcharge or next-day fee. We then coordinate the onward transfer arrangements based on your actual arrival time, sea conditions and operator availability, and contact you if the planned route or timing changes — so keep your phone or WhatsApp switched on when you land.
What if my flight arrives early?
We track early arrivals as well as delays and adjust the arrival coordination where possible. Clear customs and look for the sign as normal, and call or WhatsApp us if you don’t see it.
What if the airline cancels my flight?

What happens, from landing to check-in
Arriving at SKB Airport
After you land, you will pass through immigration and collect your luggage as normal. Keep your phone handy if you can, in case we need to reach you. If the lines are longer than usual — which can happen when a few flights arrive together — there is no need to worry. Your transfer timing allows for the normal arrival process, and your driver is coordinated around your arrival.
Meeting your St. Kitts driver
Your exact meeting details are in your booking confirmation. Once you are through customs, look for your driver holding a Book Nevis sign as you exit the customs area — look for the sign rather than a specific driver name. The person holding the sign is your driver. They will be expecting you based on the flight details on your booking, and they will help you to the water-taxi departure point. If anything changes on the day, contact us using the number in your confirmation.
The drive to the water taxi
From the airport, your driver takes you on a short private drive along the coast to the water-taxi point. This is part of your coordinated transfer, not something you need to arrange separately. The exact route and drive time depend on which pier your booking uses and the traffic on the day — your confirmation shows the departure details for your specific route.
Crossing to Nevis by water taxi
At the pier you will board a private water taxi for the crossing to Nevis. The crossing is usually short — often around 6–10 minutes, depending on sea conditions and operating arrangements — and your luggage is handled as part of the transfer. Chilled water is provided on your St. Kitts arrival transfer. Water, local bottled soft drinks and local bottled beer are provided on board during the water-taxi crossing. Because water-taxi operations move with the sea, weather and scheduling, we keep an eye on conditions and coordinate your crossing around them.
Arriving in Nevis and continuing on
When you reach Nevis, your journey continues to the hotel, villa or pier on your booking. For hotel and villa arrivals, a Nevis driver takes you the final stretch to your confirmed drop-off point.
