Step by step

What happens, from landing to check-in

1

Arriving at SKB Airport

After you land, you will pass through immigration and collect your luggage as normal. Keep your phone handy if you can, in case we need to reach you. If the lines are longer than usual — which can happen when a few flights arrive together — there is no need to worry. Your transfer timing allows for the normal arrival process, and your driver is coordinated around your arrival.

2

Meeting your St. Kitts driver

Your exact meeting details are in your booking confirmation. Once you are through customs, walk out to the arrivals area and look for a Book Nevis sign — look for the sign rather than a specific driver name. The person holding the sign is your driver. They will be expecting you based on the flight details on your booking, and they will help you to the water-taxi departure point. If anything changes on the day, contact us using the number in your confirmation.

3

The drive to the water taxi

From the airport, your driver takes you on a short private drive along the coast to the water-taxi point. This is part of your coordinated transfer, not something you need to arrange separately. The exact route and drive time depend on which pier your booking uses and the traffic on the day — your confirmation shows the departure details for your specific route.

4

Crossing to Nevis by water taxi

At the pier you will board a private water taxi for the crossing to Nevis. The crossing is usually short — often around 6–10 minutes, depending on sea conditions and operating arrangements — and your luggage is handled as part of the transfer. Chilled water is provided on your St. Kitts arrival transfer. Water or local drinks may also be available during the water-taxi crossing, depending on the transfer arranged. Because water-taxi operations move with the sea, weather and scheduling, we keep an eye on conditions and coordinate your crossing around them.

5

Arriving in Nevis and continuing on

When you reach Nevis, your journey continues to the hotel, villa or pier on your booking. For hotel and villa arrivals, a Nevis driver takes you the final stretch to your confirmed drop-off point. For pier-only routes, your transfer is complete at the confirmed pier. Your booking confirmation always shows the exact route you have booked, so you know where each leg begins and ends.

If plans change

What if your flight is delayed?

Flight delays happen — and they are not something you need to sort out on your own. From the moment you book, we track your flight, so we often know you are running late before you do. If your arrival time shifts, we adjust the onward water taxi and Nevis pickup to match when you actually land. There are no delay fees, and even if a delay pushes your arrival to the next day, we will be there.

If your flight number or arrival time changes significantly — for example, a rebooking onto a different flight — let us know using the details in your confirmation so we can update your routing. The more we know, the more smoothly we can coordinate.
