Nevis Winter 2026/27: Hotel Offers, Where to Stay and How to Get There
The Nevis Tourism Authority has launched a winter campaign called “A Warmer Side to Winter”. It was announced on 15 October 2026 and reported by NevisPages the next day. The campaign promotes Nevis for romance, wellness and food over the winter months, and the official campaign page lists offers from several island hotels.
An offer is a useful extra, but it should not decide your holiday on its own. This guide starts with where you might want to stay, then sets out the main winter hotel offers as each hotel currently publishes them, and finishes with how to get from St Kitts airport to your hotel.
We checked every offer on the hotel’s own website on 17 October 2026. Terms can change and rooms are subject to availability, so check the offer page again before you book. Book Nevis does not sell hotel rooms or these offers. Book your stay directly with the hotel.
Where to stay on Nevis: three different settings
Nevis is small, but where you stay changes the feel of your trip. Most hotels fall into one of three settings.
- Pinney’s Beach, on the west coast: the island’s long sandy beach, with calm water and sunsets over the sea. Four Seasons Resort Nevis and Hamilton Beach Villas & Spa are both here. This suits travellers who want to walk straight onto the sand.
- Oualie Bay, in the north-west: a sheltered bay close to where most water taxis from St Kitts arrive. Oualie Beach Resort sits on the beach here. It suits people who want a relaxed, beach-front base and a short arrival.
- The hills: former sugar-estate hotels on the slopes of Nevis Peak, cooler and quieter, with gardens and views rather than a beach on the doorstep. Golden Rock Inn, above Gingerland, and Montpelier Nevis are two of the best known. They suit couples, garden lovers and anyone happy to drive to the beach.
For more on each property and how we get guests there, see our Nevis hotels and villas guides.
The winter hotel offers, hotel by hotel
Each offer below is listed with its saving, the dates you can stay, any booking deadline, minimum stay, payment and cancellation terms, and the official link. Where a hotel does not state something, we say so rather than fill the gap.
Four Seasons Resort Nevis
The island’s largest resort sits on Pinney’s Beach, with several restaurants, a spa, pools, a golf course and a children’s club. It suits families and travellers who want everything in one place. Our Four Seasons Nevis guide explains the arrival options.
- Offer: Advance Purchase, up to 25% off the room rate. The actual saving varies by date and room.
- Stay dates: selected dates up to 31 December 2027. Blackout dates may apply.
- Booking: at least 7 days before arrival. No separate booking deadline is published.
- Minimum stay: none stated.
- Payment and cancellation: full, non-refundable prepayment when you book. No changes are allowed, and there is no refund for cancellations, no-shows or early departures.
- Restrictions: cannot be combined with other offers and does not apply to groups. Rates may not include resort fees, service charges or taxes.
- Book with the resort: Four Seasons Nevis Advance Purchase offer.
The non-refundable terms matter here. If your dates could change, compare the saving with the resort’s flexible rate first.
Oualie Beach Resort
A relaxed, beach-front hotel on Oualie Bay, with its own restaurant, a dive operation and calm, shallow water that suits families. It is one of the shortest arrivals from St Kitts. See our Oualie arrival guide.
- Offer: Non-Refundable Special, 20% off rooms. When we checked a seven-night stay in February 2027, the rate was 20% below the resort’s standard rate for the same room.
- Stay dates: the resort’s website does not publish an end date. The tourism authority’s campaign page lists stays from 1 May 2026 to 31 December 2027.
- Booking: no booking deadline is stated.
- Minimum stay: none stated.
- Rooms: on the dates we checked, the rate was offered on Deluxe and Premier rooms. Availability varies by date.
- Payment and cancellation: full payment is taken at booking and is non-refundable.
- Book with the resort: Oualie Beach Resort special offers, then the resort’s online booking page.
Hamilton Beach Villas & Spa
Self-catering villas with kitchens on Pinney’s Beach at Cotton Ground, from one to four bedrooms, with an on-site spa. They work well for families, groups of friends and longer stays where you want space and the option to cook. See our Hamilton Beach Villas & Spa guide.
- Offer: a discount for booking direct with the code HAMILTONVIP. The resort’s website describes this as 15% off.
- Longer stays: the booking page also lists standing length-of-stay discounts of 15% for two to six nights and 20% for seven nights or more. On a seven-night February 2027 search with the code, the price shown combined the two. Your saving will depend on dates and villa.
- Stay dates: not stated by the resort.
- Booking: the resort does not state a deadline. The campaign page lists bookings by 31 December 2026.
- Payment and cancellation: a 50% deposit is shown at booking. Cancellation terms vary by villa type and are shown when you choose your dates.
- Book with the resort: The Hamilton Beach Villas & Spa, using its Book Direct link and the code.
Golden Rock Inn
A small hillside inn above Gingerland, set in tropical gardens around a restored stone sugar mill. It suits couples, walkers and garden lovers who prefer peace and views to a beach-front room. The inn can arrange trips to the beach. See our Golden Rock Inn guide.
- Offer: Linger in the Gardens. Stay seven nights and the last night is free, so you pay for six.
- Stay dates: 4 January to 18 April 2027, subject to availability.
- Booking: the inn’s offer page does not give a separate booking deadline.
- Minimum stay: seven nights.
- Rooms: eligible room types are not stated.
- Payment and cancellation: the inn’s general policy is a 50% deposit at booking, refundable until seven days before arrival. Cancellations within seven days, and no-shows, are charged the full stay. The balance is paid on arrival.
- Restrictions: cannot be combined with any other offer.
- Book with the inn: Golden Rock Inn Linger in the Gardens.
Golden Rock’s offers page also lists other deals for earlier dates in late 2026. Check which one fits your dates, as they cannot be combined.
Montpelier Nevis
Montpelier is a historic Great House hotel in the foothills of Nevis Peak, with mature gardens and a quiet, adult-leaning feel. The campaign coverage mentions a Montpelier offer, but the hotel’s own rates page currently lists its offers for low-season dates. We could not confirm a winter offer, so we have not listed one here. Check Montpelier’s rates and offers page or ask the hotel. Our Montpelier Nevis guide covers the arrival route.

Wherever you stay, plan to eat out at least a few times. Nevis has plenty of independent restaurants and beach bars, and a lunch by the water is part of the island’s appeal.
Before you book a hotel offer
- Check stay dates and booking dates separately. Some offers depend on when you stay, others on when you book, and a few on both.
- Read the payment terms. Two of the offers above, at Four Seasons and Oualie Beach Resort, are non-refundable. Travel insurance that covers your accommodation is worth considering.
- Look at the full price. Nevis hotels add taxes and service charges, which may not be included in the headline rate.
- Remember that “up to” means a maximum. Peak weeks such as Christmas, New Year and February half-term may show a smaller saving or none.
- Sort out flights early. Winter is peak season on Nevis, from December to April. Our guide to flights into St Kitts lists the winter routes.
How to get there: SKB airport, water taxi and onward transfer
Most visitors to Nevis fly into Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport (SKB) on St Kitts, then cross the narrow channel to Nevis by sea. With a Book Nevis private transfer, the journey works like this:
- At SKB: your driver meets you as you exit the customs area, holding a Book Nevis sign. We track your flight and coordinate your pickup around your arrival.
- Across St Kitts: a private, air-conditioned vehicle takes you to the water-taxi departure point, usually Reggae Beach. The drive takes about 30 minutes.
- The crossing: a private water taxi, booked for your party only, takes you across to Nevis. Water, local soft drinks and local beer are on board. Timings depend on sea conditions.
- On Nevis: where you land depends on your hotel. Most guests land at the public Oualie Pier and continue by private vehicle to their hotel.

Not every hotel has its own pier. Four Seasons Resort Nevis and Oualie Beach Resort do, and we can land guests there directly. Oualie Beach Resort Pier is separate from the public Oualie Pier; our guide explains the difference between the two Oualie piers. Guests at hillside hotels and the Pinney’s Beach villas land at Oualie Pier and continue by road.
Private transfers to the hotels in this guide
Each transfer covers the whole journey from SKB to your hotel as one booking. Prices are for a private transfer for up to four passengers, with a charge for each extra passenger.
- Four Seasons Resort Nevis, by boat to the resort pier: drive to Majors Bay, then a private water taxi of around 15 to 20 minutes straight to the resort’s own pier. SKB Airport to Four Seasons Resort Nevis Pier, from US$550.
- Four Seasons Resort Nevis, to Reception: via Reggae Beach and Oualie Pier, then by road to Reception. SKB Airport to Four Seasons Resort Nevis Reception, from US$399.
- Oualie Beach Resort: from Reggae Beach straight to the resort’s own pier, with no road transfer on Nevis. SKB Airport to Oualie Beach Resort Pier, from US$270.
- Hamilton Beach Villas & Spa: via Oualie Pier, then a short drive down the west coast. SKB Airport to Hamilton Beach Villas & Spa, from US$315.
- Golden Rock Inn: via Oualie Pier, then a drive up into the hills. SKB Airport to Golden Rock Inn, from US$330.
- Montpelier Nevis: via Oualie Pier, then a drive up to the hotel. SKB Airport to Montpelier Nevis, from US$330.
Staying somewhere else on Nevis, including a private villa? See all our private airport transfers. For a step-by-step look at the arrival, read our guide on how to get from St Kitts airport to Nevis, and for other ways to reach the island, see how to get to Nevis.
Please book your airport transfer at least 48 hours before your scheduled transfer, and have your flight number ready so we can track your arrival.
Planning a winter stay
Choose the setting first, then see whether an offer fits your dates. A free night or a percentage off is welcome, but the right part of the island will shape your trip far more. If you are visiting over the holidays, our guide to the Four Seasons Nevis 2026 festive programme and our notes on St Kitts and Nevis in December may help.
Offer terms were checked on each hotel’s own website on 17 October 2026. Accommodation offers are booked directly with the hotels.
